Our elders are called to shepherd those who make up NGC. Following the biblical model of devoting themselves to prayer and the ministry of the word, they exist to know, feed, lead, and protect the church—providing spiritual oversight and care for God's people.

Our staff sees Ephesians 4 as their primary job description: to equip the saints for the work of ministry. Rather than being the primary "doers" of ministry, staff exist to equip and multiply ministry through the people of the local church.
